Had my first massage with Lee tonight. Extremely knowledgeable, professional & proficient. Also gave excellent advice re fitness. Highly recommend.

Today I went to see Lee for him to take a look at the tightness in my shoulders concentrating on the right side as I was struggling to move my neck and sleep.
Lee looked at the range of movement I had focussing on my traps and lats.
After one session the release i felt in my neck and the movement i have is crazy.

I would highly recommend and will definately be returning.

I went to Lee with an issue with my lower back and tight hamstrings and calves from a recent event and currently in training for the triathlon season. Lee targeted these areas and loosened the muscles very well meaning I can continue with my training as planned. I will 100% be back to see Lee in my training plan and would recommend to anyone.
